These two Wolf Lords were created by Ian Pickstock back in Citadel Journal 2. Both were meant to represent characters with tuned up close combat weapons, in one case a long chain fist, in the other an overcharged power fist. I've just used the regular Wolf Lord Apoc stats and boosted their weapons stats - with a max of one of each in an army, I doubt much will be broken by this.
